CLASSES
Every class is unique, every class is bespoke.
Everyone has their own motivation and desired outcomes for a cookery class. A shake up of ideas. New skills. A foodie spa day of eating and drinking with friends. Private one-on-one tuition. A corporate get together. A family occasion. Every class is tailored to you. In my kitchen classes are limited to five attendees, and follows a largely demonstration format, though participation is encouraged! Off site, we tailor to the space and your brief. I can offer half day, full day or evening classes. A full day runs 9:30 - 4ish and would cover anything from 8-12 recipes. The food is served as small plates throughout the day and may be wine matched if you like. Cost depends on length of class, number of attendees, any additional staff, the cost of food involved and wine matching. Call or message me to discuss your requirements and I will give you a quote. That is the flexibility and beauty of bespoke.

Themes for classes may be seasonal, such as Summer Holidays or Christmas Entertaining; geographic, such as Mediterranean or Middle Eastern; skills focussed, such as Sauces or Soups; content specific such as Vegetarian or Fish & Seafood or demographic specific, such as Students leaving Home or Batch Cooking for Families.
Dietary needs and nutrition is very important to me and many of my regular clients. These needs are often the basis of the class, for example those wishing to exclude certain foods due to illness, allergy or lifestyle considerations. I have plenty of experience of recipe writing and class planning for special dietary needs, including coeliacs, diabetes, allergies and post cancer as well as lifestyle diets such as keto or low GI or low carb.

Wine tasting
Wine classes and tastings are offered both as stand alone classes and events and wine pairings form part of the cookery classes too. I host monthly wine tastings in Crediton and run bespoke events further afield by arrangement - contact me for details.
